Electronic Financial Transactions Act — Article 25-3 (Duty to notify protective measures for prepaid recharge funds)

전자금융거래법 제25조의3

(1) A prepaid business entity shall notify users of the details of protective measures for the prepaid recharge funds under Article 25-2.

(2) Matters concerning the details and methods of notification under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Added on Sep. 14, 2023]
