(1) A decision on whether customs duties referred to in Article 69 (hereinafter referred to as "adjusted duties") are assessed and on the specifics thereof shall be made after examining the necessity to protect the relevant domestic industry, international trade relations and impacts on international peace, national security, social order, and national economy as a whole. <Amended on Dec. 31, 2018>
(2) Goods subject to the assessment of the adjusted duties, rates and deadline for application, etc. shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
