(1) A customs officer shall, upon the completion of his or her investigation, report the results thereof, in writing, to the Commissioner of the Korea Customs Service or the head of a customs office.
(2) When a customs officer files a report required under paragraph (1), he or she shall also submit related documents.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
