Customs Act — Article 298 (Transfer of Flagrant Offender)

관세법 제298조

(1) Anyone may arrest a flagrant offender committing a customs offense, if the latter is still at the scene of such offense.

(2) A person who arrests any customs offender under paragraph (1) shall turn him or her over to a customs officer without delay.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
