When the Commissioner of the Korea Customs Service or the head of a customs office deems it necessary to enforce this Act (including the Act on Special Cases concerning the Refund of Customs Duties, etc. Levied on Raw Materials for Export; hereafter the same shall apply in this Article) or any order issued under this Act, he or she may issue an order to submit documents concerning goods, means of transportation or places of storage, to make a report, or to take other necessary matters, or may require customs officers to investigate related data on exporters, importers, sellers and other relevant persons.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
