Simplified customs clearance procedures may be applied to goods imported from any foreign country which provides convenience in the process of customs clearance to Korea in keeping with the principle of reciprocity in order to facilitate the international trade and exchanges and to promote cooperation among countries, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Newly Inserted on Dec. 23, 2014]
