(1) Where a person who intends to transport domestic goods by an international trade vessel or international trade aircraft, he or she shall file a report on domestic transportation with the head of a customs office, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended on Dec. 22, 2020>
(2) Articles 215, 216, 246, 247 and 250 shall apply mutatis mutandis to domestic transportation referred to in paragraph (1).[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
