(1) When the head of a customs office deems it necessary to conduct the bonded work, he or she may permit the implementation of any bonded work outside a bonded construction work site by specifying a period, a place, goods, etc., as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended on Jun. 9, 2020>
(2) Article 187 (2) through (7) shall apply mutatis mutandis to permission for any bonded work outside of a bonded construction work site under paragraph (1). <Amended on Dec. 31, 2018>[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
