Customs Act — Article 184 (Expiration of Storage Period for Domestic Goods)

(1) Domestic goods referred to in Article 183 (2), whose storage period expires shall be shipped out of a bonded warehouse under the responsibility of its operator within 10 days from the date on which such storage period expires.

(2) Paragraph (1) shall apply to domestic goods approved pursuant to Article 183 (3) if their storage period expires.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
