(1) There shall be established a Committee for Deliberation on Licensing of Bonded Stores in the Korea Customs Service to deliberate on the following matters concerning the licensing of bonded stores under Article 176-2: <Amended on Dec. 19, 2017; Dec. 31, 2018>
1. Evaluation of the applicants for licenses to operate bonded stores and the selection of the qualified applicants under Article 176-2 (3);1-2. Deliberation on renewal of licenses under Article 176-2 (6);
2. Other important matters concerning the operation of bonded stores.
(2) Matters necessary for the establishment, organization, operation methods, etc. of the Committee for Deliberation on Licensing of Bonded Stores under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended on Dec. 19, 2017>[This Article Newly Inserted on Dec. 15, 2015]
