A period of storing goods in any designated storage place shall be prescribed by the Commissioner of the Korea Customs Service, which shall not exceed six months: Provided, That the head of a customs office may extend such period by up to three months in accordance with the standards prescribed by the Commissioner of the Korea Customs Service.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
