Any of the following persons shall comply with any order issued by the head of a customs office with respect to the control of goods and the supervision of a bonded area and be put under command of a customs officer:
1. A person who handles goods referred to in each subparagraph of Article 155 (1);
2. A person who is granted access to a bonded area.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
