(1) A person who intends to store goods falling under Article 155 (1) 2 in a place other than a bonded area shall obtain permission from the head of a customs office.
(2) Where the head of a customs office intends to grant permission referred to in paragraph (1) with respect to foreign goods, he or she may order security equivalent to the amount of customs duties on the relevant goods offered and necessary facilities installed.
(3) A person who intends to obtain permission provided for in paragraph (1) shall pay fees according to the amount and method prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
