When it is intended to convert any international trade vessel or international trade aircraft into a domestic vessel or domestic aircraft, or to convert any domestic aircraft into an international trade vessel or international trade aircraft, the captain of such vessel or aircraft shall obtain approval therefor from the head of a customs office. <Amended on Dec. 22, 2020>[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010][Title Amended on Dec. 22, 2020]
