Customs Act — Article 139 (Report on Stopover or Entry into Foreign Open Port)

관세법 제139조

When any domestic vessel or any domestic aircraft stops over at any foreign open port and returns to Korea thereinafter on the grounds of a calamity or an unavoidable cause, the captain of such vessel or such aircraft shall without delay report such fact to the head of a customs office, and if any goods are loaded into such vessel or such aircraft overseas, a list thereof shall be submitted to the head of the customs office. <Amended on Dec. 22, 2020>[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010][Title Amended on Dec. 22, 2020]
