Criminal Act — Article 73-2 (Period of Parole, and Probation)

형법 제73조의2

(1) The period of parole shall be ten years for a person sentenced to imprisonment for an indefinite term or shall be the remaining term for a person sentenced to imprisonment for a limited term but shall not exceed ten years.

(2) Any person released on parole, shall be subject to the probation during the period parole: Provided, That this shall not apply where the administrative agency which grants the parole deems it unnecessary.[This Article Newly Inserted on Dec. 29, 1995]
