(1) If a person under execution of imprisonment with or without labor has behaved himself or herself well and has shown sincere repentance, such person may be provisionally released by an act of the administrative authorities when 20 years of a sentence for an indefinite term or 1/3 of a limited term of punishment has been served.
(2) If a fine or minor fine has been imposed concurrently with the punishment specified in paragraph (1), the amount thereof shall be paid in full in order for the parole to be granted.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 8, 2020]
