Criminal Act — Article 59-2 (Probation)

(1) Where a sentence is suspended, if a guidance and assistance is deemed to be necessary to prevent any second offense, a probation order may be ordered.

(2) The period of the probation as referred to in paragraph (1) shall be one year.[This Article Newly Inserted on Dec. 29, 1995]
