(1) A person who commits the crime of Article 366 through the threat of collective force or by carrying a dangerous weapon, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than five years, or by a fine not exceeding ten million won. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995>
(2) A person who commits the crime of Article 367 by the methods paragraph (1) shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for a limited term of at least one year or by a fine not exceeding 20 million won. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995>
