(1) A person who makes unjustifiable profits by taking advantage of the needy condition of another, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than three years or by a fine not exceeding ten million won.
(2) A person who, by a method prescribed in paragraph (1), causes a third person to make unjustifiable profits shall be punished pursuant to paragraph (1).[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 8, 2020]
