(1) A person who steals another's property by trespassing at night upon a place specified in Article 330 after destroying or damaging a gate, a wall, or another part of a structure, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for at least one year up to ten years.
(2) A person who steals another's property, armed with a deadly weapon or accompanied by one or more persons shall be punished pursuant to paragraph (1).[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 8, 2020]
