Criminal Act — Article 252 (Murder upon Request or with Consent)

(1) A person who kills another upon one’s request or with one’s consent shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for at least one year up to ten years.

(2) A person who instigates or aids and abets another to commit suicide shall be punished pursuant to paragraph (1).[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 8, 2020]
