Criminal Act — Article 250 (Murder, Killing Ascendant)

(1) A person who kills another shall be punished by death, or imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least five years.

(2) A person who kills one’s own or any lineal ascendant of one’s spouse shall be punished by death, imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least seven years. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995>
