Criminal Act — Article 239 (Counterfeit or Misappropriation of Private Seal)

(1) A person who, for the purpose of uttering, counterfeits or wrongfully uses another's seal, signature, written name, or emblem, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than three years.

(2) The preceding paragraph shall apply to a person who utters a counterfeited or misappropriated seal, signature, written name or emblem of another.
