Any person who erases, with the intention of use, the postmarks of any revenue or postage stamps issued by the Republic of Korea or foreign countries, or other vouchers indicating the postage, or other markings of use, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than one year, or a fine not exceeding three million won.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 29, 1995]
