A person who, for the purpose of uttering, obtains a counterfeited or altered postage or revenue stamp of the Republic of Korea or of a foreign country, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than three years, or fine not exceeding ten million won. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995>
