(1) A person who makes water overflow and damage any building used by another person as residence, or any building, train, street car, automobile, ship, aircraft or mine shaft in which another person exists shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least three years.
(2) A person who commits the crime prescribed in paragraph (1) to injure another person shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least five years. If it results in death, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least seven years.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 29, 1995]
