(1) A person who, having been in lawful arrest or custody, escapes, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than one year.
(2) A person who, having been temporarily set free from custody due to an act of God or an incident or under statutes or regulations, violates the summoning order without good reason shall be punished pursuant to paragraph (1).[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 8, 2020]
