A person who damages or conceals his or her own goods for which a management order was issued by a public office and which have been placed under the custody of another person by order of the public office, or reduces their utility by other methods, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than five years or by a fine not exceeding seven million won. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995>
