Criminal Act — Article 133 (Offer of Bribe)

형법 제133조

(1) A person who promises, delivers, or manifests a will to deliver a bribe as stated in Articles 129 through 132 shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than five years or by a fine not exceeding 20 million won.

(2) Paragraph (1) shall also apply to a person who, for the purpose of furnishing to an act specified in paragraph (1), delivers money or goods to a third party, or receives such delivery with the knowledge of its nature.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 8, 2020]
