(1) A person who injures a person or damages property or disturbs the public safety by using explosives shall be punished by death or imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term or for at least seven years.
(2) A person who commits a crime specified in paragraph (1) in war, during an act of God, or in any other warlike incident shall be punished by death or imprisonment with labor for an indefinite term.
(3) Attempts to commit a crime specified in paragraph (1) or (2) shall be punished.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 8, 2020]
