(1) A person who fails to perform, without justifiable reasons, a concluded contract for the supply of food or other necessities of life with the State or a public organization in wartime, calamity or other warlike incident shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than three years or by a fine not exceeding five million won. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995>
(2) The preceding paragraph shall apply to a person who interferes with the performance of the contract of the preceding paragraph.
(3) In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the prescribed fine may also be concurrently imposed.
