Credit Information Use and Protection Act — Article 3-2 (Relationship to other statutes)

신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률 제3조의2

(1) This Act shall apply to the use and protection of credit information, except as otherwise provided in other statutes.

(2) The Personal Information Protection Act shall apply to the protection of personal information, except as otherwise provided in this Act.[This Article Added on Mar. 11, 2015]
