The author’s economic rights to a work made for hire shall continue to subsist for a period of 70 years after it has been made public; provided, if it has not been made public within 50 years after its creation, the author’s economic rights shall continue to exist for a period of 70 years after its creation. <Amended on Jun. 30, 2011>
