(1) The holder of author’s economic rights, etc. may donate their rights to the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2008>
(2) The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism may designate an organization capable of equally managing the rights to the works, etc. donated by the holder of author’s economic rights, etc. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2008>
(3) The organization designated pursuant to paragraph (2) shall not use the works, etc. for profit-making purpose or against the intention of the relevant holder of author’s economic rights, etc. <Amended on May 18, 2021>
(4) Matters necessary for the procedures of donation, designation of organization, etc. under paragraphs (1) and (2) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
