(1) Expenses for the operation of the Commission shall be covered by the following financial resources: <Amended on Feb. 4, 2020>
1. Contributions and subsidies from the State;
2. Revenues accrued from the business affairs under the subparagraphs of Article 113;
3. Other revenues.
(2) Individuals, juristic persons, or organizations may contribute money or other property to the Commission in order to subsidize the performance of business affairs under subparagraphs 4, 6, and 9 of Article 113. <Amended on Feb. 4, 2020>
(3) The contributions under paragraph (2) shall be held in a separate account and approval from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall be obtained for the use thereof. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2008>[Title Amended on Feb. 4, 2020]
