Where the representative or executive officer of a copyright trust service provider falls under any of the following related to his or her duties, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism may request the copyright trust service provider to take disciplinary action against the relevant representative or executive officer:
1. Where he or she is sentenced to a fine or heavier punishment (including cases of suspension of execution) for violating this Act or Article 355 or 356 of the Criminal Act and such sentence becomes final and conclusive;
2. Where he or she causes damage to the holder of author's economic right, or of other property rights protected pursuant to this Act by accounting fraud, improper acts, etc.;
3. Where he or she interferes with or evades the performance of supervision by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism under this Act.[This Article Added on Nov. 26, 2019]
