(1) Where a lessee pays management fees necessary for the maintenance and management of a commercial building to a lessor by agreement at the time of a lease contract, the lessee may request the lessor to provide the details of such imposed management fees.
(2) A lessor who receives a request to provide the details of management fees from a lessee pursuant to paragraph (1) shall comply therewith.
(3) Matters necessary for the details, etc. of management fees to be provided by a lessor pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Added on Nov. 11, 2025]
