The overdue rent of a lessee for six months from the enforcement date of this Act (referring to the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act (Act No. 17490)) shall not be deemed overdue rent in the application of Article 10(1)1, the proviso of Article 10-4(1), and Article 10-8. In such cases, the lessor's other rights to the overdue rent shall not be affected.[This Article Added on Sep. 29, 2020]
