`Article 10-4 shall not apply to any of the following commercial building leases: <Amended on Oct. 16, 2018>
1. Where the commercial building subject to the lease is part of a superstore or quasi-superstore under Article 2 of the Distribution Industry Development Act (excluding traditional markets under subparagraph 1 of Article 2 of the Special Act on the Development of Traditional Markets and Shopping Districts);
2. Where the commercial building subject to the lease is State property under the State Property Act or public property under the Public Property and Commodity Management Act.[This Article Added on May 13, 2015]
