(1) The Family Court may adjudge to confer the right to representation on a specific guardian to support a specific ward, setting the period and scope thereof, if deemed necessary.
(2) In cases falling under paragraph (1), the Family Court may order a specific guardian to obtain the consent of the supervisor of specific guardianship to the exercise of his or her right to representation.[This Article Added on Mar. 7, 2011]
