In managing the property and protecting the personal matters of a person under adult guardianship, the guardian under adult guardianship shall manage such affairs in a manner conforming to the ward's welfare considering diverse circumstances. In such cases, the guardian under adult guardianship shall respect the opinion of the adult ward unless it conflicts with the ward's welfare.[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 7, 2011]
