(1) Where a guardian has a claim against, or is under an obligation towards, the ward, and if a supervisor of guardianship has been appointed, the guardian shall present the details thereof to the supervisor of guardianship before he or she completes the preparation of the inventory.
(2) If a guardian has been negligent in presenting a claim under paragraph (1), notwithstanding his or her awareness of his or her claim against the ward, he or she shall be deemed to have waived the claim.[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 7, 2011]
