If the Family Court deems it necessary to replace a guardian for the welfare of the ward, it may replace the guardian either ex officio or upon the application of the ward, any of the ward's relatives, the supervisor of guardianship, a public prosecutor or the head of a local government.[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 7, 2011]
