(1) When it has become clear in the course of liquidation that the assets of the juristic person are insufficient to fully satisfy his or her liabilities, the liquidators shall immediately file a petition for bankruptcy and give a public notice thereof.
(2) The duties of the liquidators shall come to an end when they hand over the affairs to the bankruptcy trustee.
(3) Article 88(3) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the public notice under paragraph (1).
