Where the cause for adjudication made under Article 924, 924-2 or 925 has ceased, the Family Court may adjudicate on the recovery of the lost authority upon the application of the relevant child, any of the relatives of the child, a public prosecutor, or the head of a local government.[This Article Wholly Amended on Oct. 15, 2014]
