Civil Act — Article 893 (Extinction of right to claim for annulment of adoption)

민법 제893조

If three months elapse after the commencement of adult guardianship has been revoked, no claim for annulment of the adoption made in violation of Article 873(1) shall be made.[This Article Wholly Amended on Feb. 10, 2012]
