In cases of a marriage in violation of Article 808, no claim for annulment of the marriage may be made, if three months have elapsed from the day the minor party has attained the age of 19 or the termination of adult guardianship has been adjudged, or if the female party has become pregnant during the marriage.[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 7, 2011]
