(1) A minor who has been permitted to carry on a specific business by his or her legal representative shall have in relation to such specific business the same capacity as a person of full age.
(2) A legal representative may cancel or qualify the permission under the preceding paragraph; provided, the cancellation or qualification cannot be set up against a third person acting in good faith.
