(1) If a person who has caused any damage to another is exempt from liabilities under Article 753 or 754, the person who is under a legal duty to supervise such person shall be liable to make compensation for the damage; provided, the same shall not apply, if the person so supervising has not been negligent in performing his or her duty of supervision.
(2) A person who supervises a person who has no liability in accordance with Article 753 or 754 on behalf of a person whose duty is to supervise shall also assume the same liability as set forth in paragraph (1).[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 7, 2011]
